Sponsors, agencies and organisers may need a reception area, photo backdrop, furniture or a partner lounge at Sud de France Arena. SMACK Studio coordinates the physical production of these spaces within your event's authorised scope.

According to your event
Build reception and partner areas
Wayfinding, reception desks, lounge seating and display elements should fit the venue and the organiser's setup. Reception staff, catering and wider event management can be assessed with SMACK Events as a separate scope.
Confirm venue requirements
Accreditations, access windows, authorised zones and connections must be confirmed with the organiser and venue operator. We do not sell venue access or official venue services. Production is based on your brief and project permissions.
A scope tailored to your brief
Design, produce, install.
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Preparing for installation in Montpellier
Before the quote
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
Before production
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
On site
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.

Are you the Arena's official contractor?
SMACK Studio is an independent supplier. Each intervention depends on the permissions and scope agreed with your organiser.
Can you produce a photo backdrop and lounge?
Yes. We can assess graphics, structures, furniture and installation together, subject to the space and availability.
