Vehicle dimensions and installation access determine the usable space. Furniture and signage must preserve circulation and the organiser's required clearances. Vehicle handling and transport need a separate arrangement.

Inform without obstructing
Product information stands, brand graphics and counters help visitors understand your offer. We review fixing methods and stability against the floor and anticipated visitor flow rather than adding unnecessary barriers.
Make conversations comfortable
A small meeting area provides a setting for sales discussions. We can source seating and reception furniture, review removable branding and coordinate collection once the show closes.
A scope tailored to your brief
Design, produce, install.
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Preparing for installation in Montpellier
Before the quote
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
Before production
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
On site
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.
Your questions
Can you provide only signs and a counter?
Yes. Printing and reception furniture can be scoped independently, subject to files and availability.
Is vehicle transport included?
No. It requires a separate arrangement. The proposal covers the agreed stand elements.
