Demonstrate an application
A focused setting may explain a product without recreating an entire room. We review graphics, furniture and display elements around your concept, including transport and dismantling needs.
Prepare project discussions
Leave room for drawings and detailed enquiries alongside the demonstration. Confirm the next edition, venue and installation conditions with the organiser before setting the production deadline.
A scope tailored to your brief
Design, produce, install.
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Preparing for installation in Montpellier
Before the quote
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
Before production
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
On site
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.

We can assess a solution from the sample sizes, loads and transport constraints.
Must we book the space first?
An initial discussion can start earlier, but the final layout and schedule depend on confirmed exhibition conditions.
