Millésime BIO uses a standardised exhibition format. The task is to prepare materials that fit that format, rather than build a conventional custom stand. SMACK Studio reviews counter dressing and presentation documents before production.

The exhibitor FAQ restricts personalisation to the counter dressing and sets a maximum height of 1.80 m. Panels and banners around the stand, and stickers directly on the supplied furniture or overhead signage, are prohibited. Designs must be checked against the edition's rules and referred to the organiser where needed.
Clear range information and product sheets adapted to your buyers can help meetings. We can review formats and printing from your supplied content without adding prohibited display structures.
Supplier and service-provider access to the show is restricted. Delivery and handover arrangements therefore need to be agreed before production. For an off-site client reception, SMACK Events can assess a separate venue, reception and coordination scope.
A scope tailored to your brief
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Millésime BIO: not all services above are permitted at the show. Exhibitor regulations take precedence; we limit our proposal to items compatible with your standardised counter.
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.
We do not propose a conventional booth that conflicts with the standardised format. Only elements compatible with your participation conditions are considered.
The official FAQ prohibits banners and panels around the stand. Current rules must be checked before proposing alternatives.
