A product display, a demonstration counter and a furniture presentation require different layouts. We plan around the items you are exhibiting, your team's working space and visitor circulation. Existing booth designs can be adapted for local production.
Specify appliances, refrigeration, water, power and consumable storage. These requirements need to be checked with the organiser and relevant contractors before the design is finalised. Catering and kitchen equipment are not automatically included in stand production.
A beach concept, hotel supplier and restaurant brand call for different materials and furnishings. Share your brand guidelines or moodboard. We can source furniture and finishes that support the atmosphere while keeping the working areas practical.
A scope tailored to your brief
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.
Yes, subject to availability. Selection, delivery and collection can be coordinated independently of your stand contractor.
SMACK Events can review the venue, reception and supplier coordination requirements as a separate scope.
