Large equipment needs clear access and safe circulation. Booking technology and services usually need a demonstration point and meeting furniture. We plan the booth around these different uses, coordinating graphics and furnishings with your existing design where available.
Tell us whether your space is inside a hall or outside, and share the floor, fixing and delivery requirements. Indoor display materials are not automatically suitable outdoors. The organiser's rules and your booking determine the practical options.
If you already have a stand structure, we can review graphics, furniture and local installation separately. Close to opening, availability and production slots must be checked before a deadline can be confirmed. Future editions can be planned around reusable elements.
A scope tailored to your brief
We start with your floor area, objectives and the equipment already supplied by the organiser. Delivery, installation and dismantling are assessed against access windows, show regulations and availability. Each service is specified in the quotation.
Reception staff, catering or wider event management can be assessed separately with SMACK Events. They are not automatically included in a production scope.
Send a dimensioned plan, open sides, utility requirements and the exhibitor manual. Height limits, safety requirements and organiser-exclusive services must be known before approval.
We agree the scope, print artwork and schedule together. Timing and cost depend on the project: availability is confirmed only after reviewing your brief.
Access, badges, time slots and collection arrangements are coordinated with your team and the organiser. Our address is in Baillargues; the Exhibition Centre and Arena are in Pérols.
We can review brand spaces, furniture and graphics against the exhibitor's booking and the organiser's conditions.
We check artwork, stock and delivery slots first. Small additions and a fully fabricated stand have very different lead times.
